Over de functie

The production Operator B ensures optimal performance of assigned production lines, producing products that meet both quality and quantity standards. This role involves setting up, monitoring, and maintaining machines, while following safety and quality regulations. You will also support team members and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic production environment.

Your responsibilities are:

• Set up and adjust machines to required production parameters
• Monitor production progress, manage orders, and maintain accurate process records
• Ensure product quality through inspections, metal detection, and process control
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety on the production lines (5S standards)
• Support and guide team members, escalating deviations to supervisors when necessary

Working hours:

You work in 2 shift system:

• Dayshift starting from 07.00 AM
• Night shift starting from 10.00 PM

Wat wij vragen

• MBO level 2/3 work and thinking level or equivalent experience
• Spoken proficiency in Dutch and/ or English language
• Knowledge of HACCP and BRC standards
• Previous experience in a similar production or operator role
• Ability to handle multiple machines or production lines and guide team members
