What are you going to do:
Are you looking for a career move that offers both a professional challenge and a Mediterranean lifestyle? We are looking for a Customer Service Agent who speaks fluent Norwegian and is ready for an adventure. You will join an energetic, international team in either sunny Malaga or historic Barcelona. In this role, you are the first point of contact for users, your goal is a happy customer. No two days are the same, and that is exactly what makes this role so exciting.
What will your tasks be?
- Help Norweigan customers with questions via phone, email, and live chat;
- Review and categorize content based on platform guidelines;
- Resolve payment issues and manage user accounts effectively;
- Provide feedback to team leaders to improve internal systems;
- Keep the knowledge base updated with the latest information;
- Collaborate with international colleagues to deliver excellence.
Who are you?
You are a communicative talent who is fluent in Norweigan and proficient in English. Helping people gives you energy, and you take ownership of your work. You are at least 18 years old and hold an EU passport. Being flexible is second nature to you, as you thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable working in shifts. You have at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role and are ready to relocate for at least twelve months.

What we ask
- Fluent in Norwegian (written and spoken) and good knowledge of English;
- You hold a valid EU citizenship;
