What are you going to do:

Are you looking for a job that makes both your bank account and your holiday vibes happy? As a Customer Support Agent in Athens, you combine work with pleasure. You will work in an international team for major brands. You speak Spanish with customers daily, while leveling up your English skills on the work floor. Don't worry about the start: your flight, hotel, and administration are completely taken care of.

Your tasks?

• Supporting Spanish-speaking customers via phone and email;
• Analyzing and directly solving technical issues;
• Accurately tracking customer interactions in the system;
• Collaborating with international colleagues in English;
• Striving for maximum customer satisfaction with every contact.

You as a person?

• You are a helpful person who loves assisting others. You speak and write Spanish fluently, and you can make yourself well understood in English. Because you work in a dynamic environment, you are flexible to work different shifts. You are at least 18 years old and ready to seek out the Greek sun for at least twelve months.

What we offer

• A monthly salary between € 1,045.- and € 1,200.-;
• Fourteen salaries per year and a monthly bonus up to 20%;
• Fully reimbursed flight ticket to Athens and airport transfer;
• Fourteen days of paid hotel stay and help finding permanent housing;
• A 75% extra pay allowance when working on Sundays or Greek holidays;

What we ask

• You master the Spanish language excellently in speech and writing;
• You speak and understand English well;
• You are at least 18 years old;
• You have good computer skills and a technical aptitude;
• You are ready to live in Athens for at least twelve months.
