THE POSITION 

As Marketing Intern, you will support the Director of Marketing Communications in portfolio focused campaigns and strategic projects. You will gain hands-on experience in market research, campaign development, brand positioning, and commercial activities , directly contributing to the growth of our hotels and corporate brand. 

This internship gives you real responsibility, real impact, and real learning opportunities. 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions 

  
  

• Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities 

  
  

• Supporting campaigns and lead generation initiatives 

  
  

• Assisting in developing marketing plans and analyzing market trends 

  
  

• Identifying potential weaknesses and suggesting improvements 

  
  

• Supporting managers during negotiations when needed

• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques 

  
  

• Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures 

  
  

• Solid understanding of marketing and communication techniques 

  
  

• Strong interest in communications, journalism, or storytelling 

  
  

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 

  
  

• Detail-oriented and quality-driven mindset 

  
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills English and German 

  
  

• Passion for marketing trends and communications and best practices 

  
  

• Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
