Bloomon is turning the flower industry on its head – for the better. How? By disrupting the traditional supply chain, where most florists operate offline and have done for decades. bloomon creates seasonal collections using unusual stems to deliver unique flower arrangements on repeat. Bloomon started in 2014 and is very international.
One of our key processes is the delivery of thousands of bouquets to customers across all our countries. We do not have our own fleet, but collaborate with loads of external partners to organize our last mile logistics. 500+ bloomon-trained drivers use vans for our dedicated delivery service every week. In the role of Logistics Planner you are responsible for getting the most out of our global network. You make sure the route planning is optimal, you own our total last mile planning, use the latest technology to optimize our routes and improve this every week by using the live delivery data that is generated every day. You are the operational liaison between our bouquet production, long haul and delivery operations, making sure our beautiful flowers are successfully sent through our fast supply chain every day. You play a crucial central operational role in our total supply chain and will work closely together with the Global head of Logistics and your colleagues from both the production and logistics teams.
