IHCP is looking for a Cluster Meeting & Events Intern who wants to learn how meetings and events come to life across multiple hotels.

At International Hotel Capital Partners (IHCP), we manage a portfolio including Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel, Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre, Moxy & Residence Inn The Hague, and Hilton Garden Inn Leiden. Our Meeting & Events team works across all these locations, so no two days are the same. Are you ready to work with us from September 2026?

What you’ll do

• Support the handling of meeting and group requests across multiple IHCP hotels

  
  

• Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and following up on inquiries

  
  

• Help coordinate between the Bookings Office and hotel operations teams

  
  

• Join site inspections and give tours to potential clients

  
  

• Support the smooth handover of confirmed events to operational teams

  
  

• Assist with financial follow-ups and aftersales activities

  
  

• Assist in banquet operations whenever needed

  
  

• Keep sales platforms and promotional channels up to date

  
  

• Spot opportunities to improve processes and guest experience

  
  

• Work with systems like Delphi and learn how event processes are structured

  
  

What you bring

• You’re currently studying Hospitality, Events, or a related field

  
  

• Available for at least five months (starting September 2026).

  
  

• You’re organized and love keeping track of multiple things at once

  
  

• You’re proactive and not afraid to share your ideas

  
  

• You have a commercial mindset (or you’re eager to develop one)

  
  

• You have an eye for detail and enjoy getting things just right

  
  

• You communicate confidently in Dutch & English

  
  

• You’re comfortable with Excel or willing to learn quickly

  
  

• Most importantly: you’re curious, hands-on, and ready to grow
