As part of our kitchen team, you’ll play a key role in preparing and presenting dishes for our guests - from business lunches to last-minute meals for flight passengers. You’ll work in a modern, vibrant hotel environment where teamwork, creativity, and service excellence come together.

Our hotel features 180 modern guest rooms, a Restaurant with a bar, 3 meeting rooms, and a fitness area. We’re conveniently located near Eindhoven Airport, serving both business and leisure travelers.

Your Day-to-Day

• Prepare and present dishes in accordance with brand and quality standards.

  
  

• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

  
  

• Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal dishes.

  
  

• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with HACCP guidelines.

  
  

• Participate in daily briefings, review guest reservations, and prepare for special events or group bookings.

  
  

• Handle unexpected situations — such as serving stranded flight guests — with a positive, proactive attitude.

  
  

• Proven experience as an independent or line chef, preferably in a hotel or à la carte restaurant.

  
  

• Strong sense of teamwork, flexibility, and quality.

  
  

• Passion for gastronomy and guest satisfaction.

  
  

• Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and efficiency.

  
  

• Good communication skills in English and/or Dutch.
