Become a bartender intern at The Lobby Fizeaustraat and work in a vibrant all-day hotspot where you welcome guests from breakfast to cocktails in a dynamic, welcoming atmosphere.

From a perfect cappuccino in the morning to cocktails in the evening — everything happens behind our bar. And that’s where we need you. The Lobby Fizeaustraat in Amsterdam-Oost is a vibrant place where hotel, restaurant, and bar come together. During the day we welcome guests for coffee, breakfast, and lunch, while in the evening the atmosphere shifts to dinner, wine, and cocktails.

We are looking for an enthusiastic barista / bar staff member for a part-time job mainly working daytime hours. Your focus will be on coffee, tea, and lunch service, but you’ll also enjoy occasionally helping out behind the bar in the evening and supporting during drinks and dinner service.

You will prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages, make guests feel welcome, and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant and behind the bar. In addition, you help keep everything clean, stocked, and well-organized, and support the team where needed during evening service with cocktails and other drinks.

What you will do:

• Welcome guests and create a warm, hospitable atmosphere behind the bar and in the restaurant;

  
  

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and fresh juices during breakfast and lunch service;

  
  

• Help set up and serve drinks throughout the day;

  
  

• Prepare cocktails and other drinks during aperitif and evening service;

  
  

• Work in an all-day service (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks);

  
  

• Keep the bar clean, organized, and well stocked;

  
  

• Collaborate with the bar and service team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
