Wat ga je doen?

Responsibilities

• Source and book a suitable venue (bar or event space for 50–100 guests, with music permitted until midnight)
• Arrange the sound system and DJ setup
• Manage the guest list, send invitations, and track RSVPs
• Coordinate branding and event styling (artwork will be provided)
• Arrange a photographer/videographer
• Coordinate beverage arrangements with the venue
• On the event day: oversee setup, serve as the main point of contact, and manage breakdown after the event

Candidate Profile

• Student, preferably with experience organizing events
• Independent, proactive, and a strong communicator
• Available approximately 15–20 hours per week for 4 weeks, starting immediately
• Available on the evening of Friday, June 26
• Interest in music is a plus
