Wat je gaat doen

You manage the full Order-to-Cash process for your customers and ensure everything runs according to plan.
Your work includes:

• Coordinating orders from intake to delivery and invoicing
• Monitoring the supply chain and acting proactively when issues occur
• Aligning with internal teams such as production, logistics and finance
• Identifying customer needs and maintaining strong relationships
• Handling complaints and analysing root causes to prevent recurrence
• Managing financial discrepancies and processing credit notes
• Supporting month-end closing and ensuring data accuracy
• Contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes

We are seeking a proactive and organized professional with a strong customer service and supply chain background, ready to excel in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in Customer Service or Order-to-Cash within a supply chain or logistics environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain overview
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Professional communication skills
• Fluent in English (C1 level)
• Additional languages are a plus
