Wat je gaat doen

As an Order Picker, you play an important role in ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Together with a close-knit team of around 20 colleagues, you make sure products are picked, checked, packed, and prepared for shipment according to quality standards.

You will start working in a day shift schedule (07:30 - 16:15). During busier periods, you will work in a 2-shift system (06:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 23:00).

• Picking customer and internal orders using packing lists and digital systems
• Checking products and quantities for accuracy
• Packing and preparing orders for shipment
• Labeling, scanning, and processing orders in the warehouse system
• Ensuring orders are dispatched on time
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Reporting discrepancies, damaged products, or unsafe situations
• Assisting with stock checks and inventory counts when required
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily targets and maintain service levels

• Gross monthly salary between €3,570 and €3,650 (including shift allowance), based on a 40-hour workweek

Functie-eisen

You are a motivated warehouse employee who enjoys working accurately and efficiently in a dynamic environment.

• MBO-level working and thinking ability
• Experience as an Order Picker, Warehouse Employee, or in a similar logistics role
• Available full-time and preferably able to start soon
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Experience with scanners and warehouse management systems is an advantage
• Dutch language skills are considered an advantage
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Accurate, reliable, and quality-focused
• Team player with a proactive attitude
