What are you going to do:
Align Technology wants to revolutionize the othodontic industry. By combining digital treatment planning with invisible braces, ordinary wires and brackets are ancient history. Align Technology is an international company, you're colleagues will be from all over the world, how fun!
Your responsibilities are:
- Answer questions from customers about iTero. iTero is Align Technology's advanced scanner product (information iTero)
- Support, document, track, and resolve complaints by phone, mail and social media, web etc;
- Identify and suggest ways to better support consumers, dentists, orthodontists, and business partners, internally and externally;
- Ability to seek, obtain, and clarify information from appropriate sources, and use skillful questioning to draw out the information and clarify the problem;

- A fulltime job (40 hours per week), for at least 6 weeks.
What we ask:
- Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability
- You have Customer Service experience;
- Excellent telephone manner with clear, concise and professional communication skills;
- Experience in a callcenter type environment;
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel;
- You speak and write English fluently.
