Customer Service Representative in Lisbon - French Speakers only

One of our clients is recruiting for several customer service positions in Lisbon. The client is an expert in customer service providing companies around the world with customer care, technical support and much more (for example: ASOS, Netflix, Expedia, Photobox, and more...). If you are a French native speaker, wishing to acquire first-hand experience in customer service and to work in an international environment considered as one of the best places to work in Portugal, this offer is for you !!

Ce que vous allez faire

Your major tasks will be to:

    • Act as the first point of contact for French clients
    • Handle inquiries and provide support through inbound calls, email or chat applications
    • Ensure a service of exceptional quality 
    • Provide our customers the needed clarifications about their service, using the right tools
    • Input data and manage the information related to customers
    • Liaise with the team leader to resolve any customer complaints/ issues

Ce qu'on vous demande:

  • Au minimum avoir terminé le lycée
  • High School diploma
  • French Native Speakers
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience in Contact Center or in sales will be an added value
  • Quick and efficient management of time
  • Communicative and team spirit
  • Dynamic and organized
  • 1 year of availability
