Wat je gaat doen

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and supporting the daily logistics operation. You'll work in a clean and modern warehouse where efficiency, quality and safety always come first.GEODIS continuously invests in innovation and automation. The warehouse is constantly evolving and has the ambition to introduce advanced picking robots in the future, giving you the opportunity to work in a logistics environment that keeps moving forward.Your responsibilities include:

• Picking and packing customer orders;
• Operating an EPT;
• Scanning and checking products;
• Preparing orders for shipment;
• Performing quality checks;
• Moving goods throughout the warehouse;
• Following safety and quality procedures;
• Working together with colleagues to achieve daily targets.Do you have forklift or reach truck experience with valid certificates? Then you'll also have the opportunity to perform these tasks.You will work alternating day shifts. One week from 07:00 to 16:00 and the next week from 09:00 to 18:00.

• Salary between €14.99 and €16.20 gross per hour;
• 32 to 40 working hours per week;

Functie-eisen

• 1 to 2 years of logistics experience;
• Experience with order picking and packing;
• Experience operating an EPT;
• Forklift or reach truck experience is an advantage;
• Valid forklift or reach truck certificates are a plus;
• Physically fit and comfortable with active work;
• Good command of the English language;
• Own transportation;
• Able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG);
• Accurate, independent and quality-focused.
