We are building an AI anime studio in Swalmen, Netherlands, and hiring across three roles. If you live and breathe anime, this is your chance to make it your work.

AI Production Assistant is an entry level role for an anime and manga obsessive who wants to learn the craft. Generate, tag and refine image and video assets with Midjourney, ComfyUI and Runway, and support our visual and video leads across the full pipeline.

AI Visual Designer shapes the look of every production, creating stills, characters, worlds and key art with Midjourney, ComfyUI and custom LoRAs, keeping styles consistent scene to scene. For artists with a strong portfolio and a sharp eye.

AI Video Producer turns stills and scripts into finished motion with Runway, Kling, Sora and Premiere, owning pacing, quality and the final cut, from storyboard to delivery. For storytellers with a showreel and command of generative video.

Ideal for students and self taught creators who want real studio experience.

Extra informatie

On site at our Swalmen studio. Flexible hours arranged around production schedules. Paid hourly at a competitive rate. The role suits candidates who can commit to regular weekly hours, including students and those looking for part time or flexible work.
