As a Food & Beverage Intern, you will support the team in delivering memorable dining experiences while developing your hospitality skills in a professional and welcoming environment. The internship starts in September 2026 for a period of 5 or 6 months.

Responsibilities * Support the Food & Beverage team during breakfast, lunch and dinner services * Deliver a welcoming and professional service to guests * Assist with the preparation and set-up of restaurant and bar areas * Take food and beverage orders and ensure guests receive an excellent experience * Learn and apply Food & Beverage procedures, standards and systems * Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all outlets * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations Essential Requirements * Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management or related study programme * Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) * Passion for hospitality and guest service * Positive, professional and enthusiastic attitude * Eager to learn and develop new skills * Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands Preferred Requirements * Previous experience in hospitality, Food & Beverage or customer service is an advantage * Interest in restaurant and bar operations * Dutch or additional language skills are a plus * Ambition to develop a career within hospitality Your Benefits & Perks * Discounted hotel rates (including Radisson Hotel Group worldwide and Family & Friends rates) * 50% Food & Beverage discount at our restaurants and bars * Exclusive discounts via alleo.nl * Exclusive team discounts on premium ESPA skincare and Kevin Murphy haircare products * Great learning and development opportunities * Advanced onboarding programme * Career growth opportunities across PPHE Hotel Group in Europe * Tasty meal during your shift * Annual company parties and outings The internship allowance is €550 gross per month (full-time), which is above the Horeca CAO BOL guidelines.
