Support global travel partners as a Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist based in Amsterdam, you will serve as a dedicated contact for travel agencies representing KLM passengers. You will handle inbound calls regarding flight arrangements, luggage rules, seat upgrades, and itinerary updates. By offering attentive listening and effective guidance, you ensure every travel agent receives premier service, all while elevating your career alongside a world-famous airline brand.

A resilient problem-solver with strong multilingual skills

Fast-paced environments bring frequent updates, but you stay poised and adaptable when handling last-minute adjustments. Your clear communication style helps travel agents resolve issues quickly. You pick up new tools and airline regulations with ease. To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in German and English; Dutch language proficiency is not required.

Direct contract, dedicated training, and balanced hours

Starting November 2, your journey begins with a hands-on, 8-week training program on-site in Amsterdam-West. Once trained, you will join an encouraging team offering space for long-term development. Schedules run Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, with options for 32, 36, or 40 hours per week. Best of all, you will start with a direct contract from the employer right away.

Wat wij vragen

• Minimum of an MBO-4 diploma;
