Wat ga je doen?

Your working day starts at our atelier/working space, located at Veemarkt - a 15-minute bus or bike ride from Amsterdam Central Station. There, you load the spacious electrical cargo bike with part of the housekeeping equipment - the rest is already stationed at the bridge houses. You head out to visit multiple bridge houses throughout Amsterdam to clean them and, occasionally, help our guests if they have questions. While spotlessly cleaning the bridge houses, you are also inspecting equipment for safety and sanitary conditions, monitoring state of furniture, and reporting need for replacement/repair to your colleagues. Once you have returned to the office, you do a quick check-up on the inventory of materials/linen and order as needed.

We are looking for you if you are:

• a kind and optimistic person

• an accurate cleaner

• a responsible, independent and agile worker

• flexible and creative in solving ad hoc problems

• an outdoor, sporty person, who dares to be part of the Amsterdam (bike) traffic

• not afraid of rain, wind, snow and sometimes a bloody hot summer day

• willing to work in the weekends and during holidays
