Your daily focus at the Hoofddorp location centers on computer-based administration for inbound logistics operations. Between 08:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday, you process arriving freight, update stock quantities, and double-check product specifications in the software system. Through Staffice, you work as an essential team member at our logistics client to ensure all incoming supply chains are correctly registered without delay.

Tasks

• Process arriving shipments via warehouse software
• Perform computer data entry for incoming stock
• Check shipping documents against physical inbound products
• Communicate inventory updates to the warehouse team
• Correct system errors promptly
• Maintain structured computer records

• Proven experience in logistics
• Proficiency in English
• Good computer skills
• Systematic approach to daily tasks
