As an Inbound Warehouse Employee in Hoofddorp, you manage incoming goods and process all related data accurately in our system. You start your day by checking incoming shipments, verifying paperwork against delivered items, and ensuring all inventory records are completely up to date. The role focuses primarily on computer tasks within a fast-paced logistics environment where you coordinate closely with team members to keep operations running efficiently. You will be working for our client through Staffice from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.

Tasks

• Register arriving shipments in the warehouse system
• Inspect incoming goods for quantity and damage
• Update inventory status using desktop applications
• Process shipping documentation and labels
• Communicate with the warehouse team regarding stock updates
• Solve small discrepancies in incoming data

• Experience working in a logistics environment
• Good command of the English language
• Proficiency with basic computer systems
• Accurate and detail-oriented work attitude
