Office Happiness Specialist at Ikbenfrits in Amsterdam

The demand for real, honest and simple mortgage advice is increasing among the Dutch population, and that's exactly what Ikbenfrits stands for. In this role, you will be the ‘hub’ of the company, the Jane/Jack of all trades! 

Wat ga je doen?

  • Liaise with facility management vendors such as cleaning and lunch vendor
  • Support Talent Specialist with the onboarding processes for new starters such as requesting hardware, arrange welcoming packages etc.
  • Look after the office and kitchen to make sure it is presentable
  • Order stock for groceries/lunch, and manage the set up for lunches
  • Check stock & order office supplies.

As we are a start-up facing quick change and growth, nothing is set and stone. Other tasks and responsibilities can also be part of your role as our Office Happiness Specialist. We are always open to look at the role and tailor it to your skills, experience and wishes. An example of this can be that you are involved in setting up the new future office of Ikbenfrits.
