Inbound Assistant - Hoofddorp

As an Inbound Assistant at a logistics company in Hoofddorp, you manage the complete administrative registration and verification of incoming goods. Your primary focus during your shift is navigating warehouse software, entering detailed product data, and cross-checking freight details against physical deliveries. Working regular day shifts from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00, you play a key role in keeping digital inventories structured and accurate. You will work at our client through Staffice.

Tasks

• Log incoming freight into the database
• Cross-reference packing slips with computer data
• Perform administrative tasks for inbound stock
• Report damaged or missing items in the system
• Support warehouse updates using digital tools

We are looking for

• Experience working in a logistics environment
• Good command of English
• Familiarity with computers and software applications
