Inbound Administrator Warehouse

As an Inbound Assistant in Hoofddorp, you manage the computer-based administration for incoming logistics operations. Between 08:00 and 17:00 from Monday to Friday, you process arriving freight, update inventory levels, and check product details in the system. You work as an essential team member at our client through Staffice to ensure all incoming supply chains are registered correctly and without delay.

Tasks

• Process arriving shipments using logistics software
• Perform accurate computer data entry for incoming stock
• Check shipping documents against physical inbound products
• Communicate inventory updates to the warehouse team
• Correct system administrative errors promptly
• Maintain structured and up-to-date digital records

We are looking for

• Proven work experience in logistics
• Good command of English
• Strong computer skills and comfort working with software
• Systematic and structured approach to daily tasks
