Junior Corporate Recruiter bij internationale en snel groeiende organisatie in Amsterdam

The NewMotion HR department currently consists of the Head of HR, 1 HR Business Partner, 2 Recruiters and 1 HR/Legal Assistant, Due to the steady growth of our company and therefore the expansion of our personnel base, we are looking for a Junior Corporate Recruiter to further strengthen this team.

Wat ga je doen?

You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process of your vacancies from drawing up the job profile to signage of the contract and following the correct onboarding process for all new employees. You are the first point of contact for applicants and hiring managers regarding any questions or requests they might have. You will work for different departments such as Operations, Sales, Finance and more and recruit for our Amsterdam HQ as well as our international offices.

You will report to the Recruitment Coordinator.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Drawing up catchy job profiles based on input of hiring managers and posting these vacancies on our company website, Linkedin and other job boards
  2. Actively searching for and headhunting candidates via Linkedin
  3. First screening (if needed by phone) of all incoming applications and introducing profiles to hiring managers
  4. Schedule and perform (video and face to face) interviews together with hiring managers or team members
  5. Gather feedback and keeping all stakeholders informed during a recruitment cycle
  6. Drawing up contracts, making sure all needed documents are obtained for registering a new employee
  7. Apply for IND work permits and 30% rulings
  8. Administration of the entire recruitment process and keeping the Applicant Tracking System up to date

Wat wij vragen:

  • Minimaal een hbo-diploma;
  • 0-1 year experience within recruitment for example during an internship or with an agency
  • Familiar with Recruitment basics such as screening of cv’s, Boolean search, STAR method etc.
  • Able to work independently and set priorities while working in a dynamic, international and fast paced environment
  • Very structured and organised, handling multiple projects at once, keeping all stakeholders informed and maintaining an excellent candidate journey
  • Enthusiastic and proactive, able to get candidates excited about NewMotion
  • Excellent communication skills both in Dutch and English
  • Fulltime available
