What are you going to do:

Do you want to take the lead in building a brand-new team within an international warehouse in Breda? As a Warehouse Team Lead, you and your team will ensure that the massive daily parcel flow is processed flawlessly. You will be working for one of the fastest-growing tech and e-commerce platforms in Europe. As a global player in second-hand fashion, Vinted processes thousands of international shipments every day. You will join an innovative, scalable logistics operation with a diverse, English-speaking team.

In this role, you step in at a crucial moment: you will help build, shape, and lead a brand-new team. You will be right at the heart of the operation, acting as the key bridge between warehouse management and the office.

What makes this role exciting?

As a Warehouse Team Lead, you are the connecting link between the operational floor and management. You’ll help build a new team from the ground up, ensuring the right structure, motivation, and drive.

Your responsibilities include:

• Daily leadership, motivation, and coaching of your team on the floor.

• Actively contributing to the department's structure, atmosphere, and ongoing growth.

• Ensuring that all sorting, processing, and shipping workflows run smoothly and on time.

• Serving as the primary point of contact for questions, operational bottlenecks, and daily scheduling.

• Maintaining a safe, structured, and positive working environment.

Working Hours:

Full-time availability across rotating shifts (approximate shift times: 06:00 – 15:00, 15:00 – 23:00, and 23:00 – 06:00). We are looking for someone who is available full-time!

What we ask

• • MBO working and thinking level (vocational degree level or equivalent experience);

  • Strong command of the English language (spoken and written);

  • Good command of Dutch is considered a plus;

  • Proven experience working within a logistics or warehouse environment.
