Your role in the journey

As Meeting & Events Organizing Trainee, you'll be the key link between our confirmed groups and the operational team. You'll ensure every detail is in place - from planning and communication to financial follow-up - and help create smooth, successful events.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating group reservations and event logistics
• Acting as the main contact for confirmed groups
• Conducting site inspections and preparing quotations
• Supporting the operational team with clear event briefings
• Developing your up- and cross-selling skills
• Ensuring all guest wishes are translated into flawless execution

What you'll bring

• Availability for at least 20 weeks, 5 days per week
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• An eye for detail and ability to perform under pressure
• Commercial insight and customer focus
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
