In the position of Logistics Warehouse Planner, you coordinate transport allocations, team rosters, and operational records into a coherent daily workflow. Your morning begins with assessing transport manifests and immediately tackling supply chain schedule discrepancies. During the day, you balance shift staffing levels against current warehouse workload while updating crucial data across software tools. Through constant dialogue with cross-functional teams, you keep goods moving efficiently and secure an essential position within an expanding online retail enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule haulage vehicles and coordinate all inbound and outbound freight activity.
• Detect, investigate, and correct software-related errors within logistical schedules.
• Formulate workforce duty rosters tailored to fluctuating floor requirements.
• Audit, archive, and monitor shipping paperwork across internal digital platforms.
• Liaise continuously with related divisions including procurement, sales, and warehouse operations.
• Input and preserve current consignment and account details within database systems.
• Pinpoint administrative friction points and implement rapid corrective measures.

Requirements

• Proven background of 2 to 3 years within transport or warehouse coordination.
• Practical competence with digital inventory applications, database tools, and spreadsheet software.
• Effective interpersonal communication with professional proficiency in English.
• Sound methodical reasoning and decisive issue-resolution capabilities.
• Flexibility to cover alternating double shifts alongside two weekend days on a monthly basis.
