In this very challenging and varied role, you report directly to the Managing Director.

Your key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Setting up the new business unit in Berlin.
  • Directing, motivating and coaching a team of top Recruiters. You will be responsible for creating and hiring your own team.
  • Establishing a strong position for this business unit within the market
  • Further expanding on our existing business contacts.
  • Recruiting, selecting and seconding highly-educated young potentials.
  • Coaching and supervising our seconded talent.

Who are you?

  • You get things done, have a go-getter attitude and hands-on mentality.
  • You have at least 2 years experience in sales/new business development
  • A good network in the HR/Recruitment industry is preferred/is a plus
  • You are stress-resistant, used to working to short, fixed deadlines and have a flexible attitude.
  • You are socially adept and eager – you are able to switch between all layers of an organisation.
  • You are assertive and work autonomously and have the potential to manage your own team in future.
  • You are an entrepreneur who is constantly thinking in terms of opportunities

Which other requirements do we consider important?

  • You have completed a higher vocational or university degree.
  • You do not have a nine-to-five mentality.

Who are we?

YoungCapital Deutschland GmbH is an employment agency that specialises in young talent, and that is still very new to the German market. Last year, the agency's extremely successful parent company in the Netherlands, which was founded in the year 2000, decided to expand into Germany and establish its successful concept of providing different companies with extremely well-qualified young potential, students and young professionals. After a successful first year, we are now continuing to grow – and we decided to further our growth with a new Berlin branch.
