In the position of full-time Area Sales Manager you will start for a fast-growing company that specializes in developing and selling wireless intercoms. You do this position partly from home. You are mainly responsible for the business development of the company.
Other tasks you will do are:
You generate leads and also hold meetings with these leads. For this you have good communication skills and are driven. You are a real sales person.
Generating and tracking leads:
In the meetings you have organized with the leads, you bring them in in the form of projects. To do this, you use your curiosity and listening skills. You also use your project management and organization skills.
You gather a group of installation and distribution partners who become ambassadors for the company. You ensure that they get all the help they need and they promote the company's product. You use your leadership skills for this. You measure the success of these partners based on a KPI that you have set for them.
You don't have to do these tasks alone. You will receive help from the Inside sales executive. This person will schedule meetings for you, prepare quotations and assist you with various projects. It is also important that you can handle different IT systems well.
