Do you speak Dutch and a bit of Spanish, and are you looking for a cool summer job? Start in Customer service at the ANWB in Barcelona!
As a Dutch customer service agent in Barcelona, you'll be there for ANWB customers whose car suddenly breaks down under the Spanish sun. They call you, you come up with the solution. From calling a tow truck to arranging replacement transport or a hotel stay.
When someone calls for your help, you will first calm the customer. You ask questions carefully, try to get an idea of the situation and, in the meantime, check their details in the ANWB system. What kind of insurance package does the customer have, and what can you do within those options? You then contact local companies and garages in Spanish. To make sure the traveller can get back on the road as soon as possible.
When you move to spain, the ANWB helps you find accommodation and pays you an extra €150 each month for rent. All travel expenses to and from the Barcelona office are also covered.
Training
From the moment you start in Barcelona, you will receive 2 weeks of paid training at the office.
Working days and hours
You will start on 3 June 2024 with training at the Barcelona office. You will work as a customer service representative in Barcelona between 30 and 40 hours per week. From Monday to Sunday. Your hours will be scheduled on a weekly basis. Your contract will end on 1 September 2024.
