Responsibilities

• Lead all construction, MEP delivery and installation phases, coordinating closely with design, development and operations teams.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines and risk to ensure predictable delivery of data‑centre infrastructure.
• Oversee construction quality, compliance with safety standards and technical specifications.
• Select and manage engineering partners, construction‑management teams and contractors.
• Act as the primary stakeholder liaison across development, operations, consultants and external partners.
• Develop, optimise and implement construction strategies, tendering processes and value‑engineering initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate construction risks, maintaining focus on cost, time and production quality.
• Manage successful commissioning and hand‑over of facilities to operations teams.

Skills / Must have

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in leading construction projects in data‑centre, mission‑critical or industrial environments.
• Prior experience in data‑centre construction strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Digital‑savvy with strong experience using construction‑management tools and project‑coordination systems.
• Fluent in English, Dutch, German or French (Advantage).

Salary

• €165,000 + Bonus
