Clinical Support Specialist

As an experienced Intensive Care Nurse (ICU, NICU or OR nurse), you possess extensive knowledge of oxygen saturation and hemo-dynamics. From Masimo's home base near Amsterdam Airport, you will provide valuable support to our European Clinical and Sales Teams by offering expert advice and guidance on the proper use of Pulse Oximetry and other Masimo equipment. You are prepared to work flexible hours across different time zones to ensure comprehensive support.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Being part of a global clinical and technical services team.
• Providing 2nd level support on the use of Pulse Oximetry and other Masimo equipment.
• Supporting in case of escalations, adverse events, etc.
• Acting as an intermediate between the clinical sales teams and the quality department.
• Reporting failures and customer complaints.
• Performing occasional on-site visits.
• Handling local customer questions/interactions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Three or more years as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience in project management, preferably in the medical technology field.
• Must possess an ability to work at a clinical level with internal and external customers.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal format.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
• Fluent in English, and proficiency in additional European languages such as French, Spanish, or German would be a valuable asset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of medical diagnostic equipment.
• Direct critical care, NICU, OR, or emergency medical experience, ability to communicate with all areas of healthcare industry.
• Strong cardio pulmonary background;
• Strong hemo-dynamic knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Excellent troubleshooting & analytical skills.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
