A big European helpdesk is looking for customer service technical help desk employees in Enschede. You are as helpdesk employee responsible for taking care of the service and light technical questions. You are the first one where people go to with their questions and for that reason you are very important to the company. You have much responsibilities, it’s not you’re only responsibility to help people, but you need to give the customer a good feeling when they hang up. Can you give the customers a smile on their face because they are glad how you helped them?

A modem that doesn’t work, a phone malfunction or an e-mail problem? As technical helpdesk employee you are the savior in need! You help customers with technical problems and you try to get a smile on their face.
Important for this function is that you are focused to the customer. Thinking in solutions is as important as thinking along with the customer. You are glad that you can help the customer and you will give the full 100% for that!
For this vacancy there is a training you can follow to learn all about the technical questions you can get. This training start at the 12th of September. The training days are from monday till friday from 10.00 till 17.00 PM. You cannot miss a day! You will get paid for the training.
