Over de functie

As a DHL Express Delivery Courier, you are responsible for delivering parcels to business and private customers on time and in excellent condition. You start your day at the depot in Nieuw-Vennep, where you load your delivery van and prepare your route. You work independently, stay organized and provide a friendly service during every delivery. This is a temporary contract with prospects for the future.

Your activities consist of:

• Delivering parcels to 50 to 80 addresses per day
• Loading your delivery van independently and arranging parcels in a logical and efficient order
• Planning and driving your route with app support during the initial period
• Collecting parcels from customers and businesses along your route
• Keeping your delivery van neat, safe and ready for use

As a DHL Express Delivery Courier, you work 4 days per week and do not work weekends. Your working hours are between 08:00 and 19:00, giving you varied working days with plenty of responsibility and customer contact.

Wat bieden we jou

• A gross hourly wage between €16.60 and €21.58, depending on your experience.  
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position at DHL Express.  
• A flexible workweek from 24 to 40 hours, with working hours between 08:00 and 19:00.  
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (from 5 km one way).  
• 8% holiday pay, 6.24% individual choice budget (IKB), and 23 vacation days for a 40-hour workweek.

Functie-eisen

• Driver's license B with at least 2 years of driving experience.  
• Willing to apply for a certificate of good conduct (VOG).  
• Living in the Nieuw-Vennep area.  
• Available 3–4 days a week between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.  
• Able to deliver 50–80 packages per day.
