As a Parcel Delivery Driver in Nieuw-Vennep, you are responsible for delivering parcels on time and in perfect condition to both business and private customers. You start your day at the depot, load your van independently, and use a route-planning app to complete your deliveries efficiently. ​

Your daily responsibilities as a Parcel Delivery Driver include:

• Delivering 50 to 80 parcels per day to business and private customers.
• Loading your delivery van and organizing shipments efficiently.
• Planning and driving your route using a route-planning app.
• Collecting parcels from customers and businesses along your route.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service during every delivery.
• Working independently on the road with no weekend shifts.

As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you combine driving with customer interaction and practical logistics tasks. Thanks to a structured onboarding process, support throughout your route, and a predictable work schedule, you can work independently while providing reliable service every day.

Wat bieden we jou

• An hourly salary between €16.60 and €21.58, based on your experience.
• A temporary contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.
• A flexible work schedule of 24 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (from 5 km one-way) and free parking at the depot.
• 8% holiday allowance, 6.24% individual choice budget (IKB), and 23 vacation days based on a 40-hour workweek.

Functie-eisen

• Valid driver’s license B with 2+ years’ experience.
• Available 4–5 days weekly between 08:00–19:00.
• Physically fit; able to lift parcels up to 25 kg.
• Strong customer communication and service-oriented mindset.
• Resides within 40 km of Nieuw-Vennep, e.g., Hoofddorp.
