Get started as a Warehouse Worker at PostNL in Sassenheim (BSKNJ) for the peak months of November and December!

What are you going to do:

Would you like to work for one of the best-known logistics companies in the Netherlands during the busy holiday season? Then join us as a Warehouse worker at PostNL in Sassenheim!

During the busy December period, you will work together with your colleagues to make sure that packages are processed on time and sent to the right destination. The best part about this job? No shift is exactly the same! You may perform different tasks during your shift and will be assigned to the area where your help is needed most.

Your tasks may include:

Loading & unloading – you help load and unload trucks and make sure packages are processed safely and efficiently.

Internal transport – you move packages and materials within the sorting center.

⚙ Feeding packages – you make sure packages are correctly supplied to the sorting process.

Sorting – you sort packages and make sure they are sent in the right direction.

Lighter tasks & computer work – not all tasks are physically demanding. You may also work with a computer, scan packages, and check and process barcodes.

There is plenty of variety between physical and lighter tasks. You will stay active, while also performing tasks where accuracy and computer skills are important.

Even better: you can start earlier! The PostNL location in Sassenheim opens in week 46, but you do not have to wait until then. From week 44, you can already start at another PostNL location, such as Den Hoorn. This allows you to gain valuable experience, get familiar with the tasks and processes, and be fully prepared when the Sassenheim location opens in week 46.

This means you can start working as early as week 44 and be fully prepared to start at your new workplace in Sassenheim!

During one of our pre-BSKNJ days, we will tell you more about the different tasks and give you the opportunity to get familiar with the location. Together, we will look at where you would be the best fit.

What we offer

• Attractive salary: A gross hourly wage of €14.99.
• High shift allowances: Extra earnings on top of your hourly wage during evening and night shifts:
• Monday to Friday (16:30 – 22:00): 100%
• Monday to Friday (22:00 – 00:00): 120%
• Monday to Thursday (00:00 – end of shift): 130%
• Friday night (from 00:00 into Saturday): 140%
• Travel allowance: Reimbursement for your travel costs starting from 6 km.
• Flexibility: Work during the busy holiday season in December between 16:30 and 02:00. You decide which and how many days you work (minimum of 2 shifts per week).
